Just posting helpful information.

So. first he is a pedo and now a homosexual, lol? Sharing a micro with another musician is neither unique nor an indication for someones sexual orientation. Or all musicians are homos. :joy:

I rather would worry if someone would „find“ anything which would indicate Bruce is a homophobe or misogynistic like you are. And even if Bruce would be homosexual, I wouldn‘t have any problems with it. I would have a problem if Tom Ellis would be homosexual, though. I admit that.

Omicron variants. It’s the empowerment.

I have no idea if he is either of these things. His song starting with “hey little girl” sounds like a pedo song. This Cambridge University guy says there is a lot of homoerotic imagery in his music but doesn’t accuse him of homosexuality.

I do not know anything about this man’s private life.

Microphone sharing is an unusual thing, but it’s nothing I haven’t seen from others. “Lingering kisses with the late saxophonist Clarence Clemons” is definitely something I haven’t seen from others and hope never to see from anyone. (Too late, I googled, see below.)

Your teenage girl crushes would be cute if you were still a teenager. lol.

It’s 4 am in Germany. You should sleep, Gunda.

I am not the only one who has a crush on Tom Ellis. My female landlord also has one for him and she is married, lol. He is just 7 years younger than me. Ellis ex-wife is now married to a 20 year younger guy. There‘s nothing wrong to appreciate the appearance of a very handsome and gorgeous looking man. And I bet my fantasy isn‘t as sick as yours when looking at a hot younger woman.

As I never had a crush on Springsteen, I wouldn‘t mind if he would be gay and certainly not if he is kissing Clemons.

PS: Just don’t link me any picture of Tom Ellis boyfriend if he ever has one, lol. I want to keep my crush for him, lol.

lol as if any actor didnt do porn or at least sucked a penis or two…

As usual, you would be wrong. I fully intend to go the rest of my life with only my wife.

As usual, you didnt comprehend. Or where did I write, that you would divorce or leave your subordinant wife, silly?

Oh Gunda, you’re just mad because your most recent teenage girl obsession is bisexual.

Now, bisexuality is fine with me. Homosexuality would be a downer I admit. But since he had no problems but fun to kiss Wellington and to annoy him in a funny way, I assumed he might be indeed bisexual. Simply because I am as a hetero don‘t even want to imagine to kiss a girl. Here I felt totally with Welli, but it was also fun to watch it, lol.

On a side note. I am far more interested to know if Lauren German is bi- or homosexual.

Shouldn’t you be moving on to a new/old obsession by now? Perhaps post some Mey, or Knopfler, or Sting or other examples of your excellent, cultured, refined taste.

Oh I surely will, Reggie. Just like you switch between your obsessions like homosexuality, misogyny, bestiality, Israel and big dog breeds, so do I switch listening to my favourite musicians. I appreciate a certain amount of variety. Not too much, though. As I am too old for this modern music by Gaga & Co., with a few exceptions.

I love that piano. And when the band joins in - my battery is loaded for the day.

This reminds me that I once spent a prolonged weekend in Hamburg with a friend and I asked him to go with me in a strip bar on St. Pauli, the infamous sex district of Hamburg. Never was before and despite I despised the idea of it, I once at least wanted to see it with my eyes and watching the guys reaction. I of course also talked about what I‘ve seen and what I am thinking with my travel buddy. I get the fun aspect for guys (did that also before). What I never understood and hoped to understand better (which I didn’t, as my friend failed to explain it to me), was, that he enjoys those women but not respect them for being a stripper. Oh well, at least I tried to understand it, lol. Anyway, that was another thing on my bucket list I could tick off, lol.

Bruce explains why he wrote Brilliant Disguise in a very entertaining way.

Song played:

Despite it‘s religious text, it‘s a universal one. It was the first time he brought me to tears. Both with the lyrics as well as in his background story video, when making that reference to a former female neighbour.

I just wish he would have forgotten for what the harmonica was lying there. It ruined the whole athmosphere the piano conjured up.

Jesus Was An Only Son

Well Jesus was an only son
As he walked up Calvary Hill
His mother Mary walking beside him
In the path where his blood spilled
Jesus was an only son
In the hills of Nazareth
As he lay reading the Psalms of David
At his mother’s feet
A mother prays, “Sleep tight, my child, sleep well
For I’ll be at your side
That no shadow, no darkness, no tolling bell,
Shall pierce your dreams this night.”
In the garden at Gethsemane
He prayed for the life he’d never live,
He beseeched his Heavenly Father to remove
The cup of death from his lips
Now there’s a loss that can never be replaced,
A destination that can never be reached,
A light you’ll never find in another’s face,
A sea whose distance cannot be breached
Well Jesus kissed his mother’s hands
Whispered, “Mother, still your tears,
For remember the soul of the universe
Willed a world and it appeared.”

Gunda there is a theory that Joseph was not Jesus father but actually the father of John the Baptist was.
I attended lectures explaining exact details , timelines, distance and practicality. In have theories of my own. But the same father and mother would only apply to one son if this song has the same theory.

Zechariah. They were not just possible cousins but half brothers. Zechariah being a priest would have it’s benefits

Cousin and half brother to the same person. Only son to 2 individuals.

Do you have a source for your claim?

In have my own counter theory on this. Reg’s infatuation with the scripture about Onan and endless repeating could you play be cited I suppose.
But this isn’t the thread.
