Tonightâs meal: Kimchi Fried Rice.
I had never tried kimchi before as I found it quite scary to look at, which always turned me off. I read about the gut health benefits of eating fermented veggies so I decided to man-up and give it a try.
I found a Korean kimchi fried rice recipe. Cooked rice, stir-fried with beautifully delicate enoki mushrooms, kimchi, soybean-based Korean chilli paste, garlic and topped with a soft fried egg, crispy nori, green onions and black sesame seeds.
Omg yum. Will definitely make this again. The boys loved it too.

I have been drinking a lot of tea lately. I donât really know why. I go through tea binges. This one has lasted a few weeks. Anyway, I started searching on how to perfect my tea-making.

Iâve never had octopus nor do I desire to have it. I am curious what it tastes like. Chicken, I assume lol.
I like tea, but drink vastly more coffee. Especially in the morning, I hardly can imagine to replace coffee for tea. But I never ever have heard or seen or even would have want to drink anything out of a styrofoam cup.

In Chile we eat a lot of Wild Pig⊠mostly in the south. Nothing more delicious.
