I don’t pay even close to 40%. Our corporate taxes are generally lower than yours and most of my income is corporate. As far as personal income tax goes:
In Canada , the range is 15% to 33%. In the U.S. , the lowest tax bracket for the tax year ending 2019 is 10% for an individual earning $9,700 and jumps to 22% for those earning $39,476. The corresponding bottom Canadian bracket stays at 15% until $47,630.
PS: In reality, nobody earning under $30k in Canada pays any tax at all. I know because after I sold my business, I didn’t make much for the first two years.
If you die within the next 25 years, I expect you will be able to. After that, all bets are off. I do think we’ll see gas prices start to rise pretty dramatically as electric cars become the majority. Probably another 15 years for that, though.
How dare you! HOW DARE YOU!
It is because of stubborn old white men like YOU, that we cannot continue on our broad progressive path to ̶t̶̶h̶̶e̶̶ ̶̶a̶̶b̶̶y̶̶s̶̶s̶ the new normal.
Surely You are one of those gas guzzler driving, flag waving TRUMP fans who is to blame for the climate change and endangers the goal of our great reset golden calv. People like You just make me sick!!
