I try to summarize the article: The mayor of the german city of Duisburg claims, that many migrants, for excample Roma and Sinti, roaming folk from Romania, Bulgaria, etc. were moving to Germany due to a silly European law, and then housed by their own folks often in old, non-renovated, houses, like sardines, employed for only a few hundred Euros (of course a fake-employment by fake-companies who only exist to scam the welfare system). Because people below a certain income qualify to get welfare (which includes not just full health care but everything else including the rent snd money for their many, many children).
PS: If you see a beggar or get approached by people who ask for support of a social cause in Germany, then be sure that in most cases, those are Roma & Sinti of all ages. Even very old and children. Abused by their own folks who drive an organized begging mafia and abuse the weakest of their own.

The guy who officiated the ceremony died the same day as one of the 60,000 men killed fighting to protect Berlin. All were too young or to old for regular military service. Germany lost East Prussia including Memel in their national anthem forever. The Russians looted and raped every female they could in Eastern Germany. Eisenhower in the west killed a million Germans in camps no one cared much then they don’t much care now.

Germany has a history of blaming minority groups for every problem then slaughtering them without trial. If someone breaks the law then prosecute them the individual not the group.
If a disproportionate number of people from a group (like the Sikhs in Surrey) are causing problems, we need to seriously consider banning the group.
Ban the Sikh’s uhh totally no to that.
For clarity: ban NEW Sikhs, not the existing ones.
How about we just cut immigration to 50,000 a year. Then stop the TFW program like Eby the Premeir wants. Ramp up the deportations we only got rid of 18,000 last year.
Why? Why not just accept that some immigrants are wealth to Canada and others are a drain? The overwhelming percentage of Sikhs that come to Canada are great, but the bad ones are so bad that they make Sikh immigration a net negative. Same with a few other countries (Haiti and Somalia come to mind). Why can’t we accept that obvious reality and manage our immigration accordingly?

That’s actually a very interesting question, and most people outside Surrey and Brampton don’t understand it. I’ll try to explain it.
For the last 50 years, some Sikhs in India have had a movement to separate from India. They want to create a new homeland for Sikhs called Khalistan in what is now the Punjab, and those in favour call themselves Khalistanis.
India has come down hard on these Khalistanis. In 1984, Indira Ghandi had the army storm their Golden Temple and kill their leaders. Sikhs then assassinated her and Hindus reacted by killing thousands (possibly tens of thousands) of Sikhs. Even today, if you advocate for Khalistan in India, there’s a high likelihood you’ll go straight to prison.
The Khalistanis, knowing they would be crushed and imprisoned in India, decided to find weak and stupid unrelated countries to base their insurgency in. Canada fit the description perfectly, and they started emigrating here and agitating for Khalistan in Surrey, BC and Brampton, Ontario. They are loud and obnoxious about it, too. And often violent.
The Hindus in India are no saints, either. They sent a death squad to murder a Khalistani in Surrey a year ago.
As far as many of us are concerned, we need to stop this right now. We need to stop (or greatly curtail) Indian immigration to Canada. Both sides are bringing their conflict from India to Canada and we want no part of it. I hugely value having smart, ambitious young Indians immigrating to Canada and improving conditions here, but not at the price of becoming the center of a violent conflict on the other side of the world.
Beyond this, family reunification immigration is a disaster. One young Indian moves here and gets a good job and contributes to our society. Great. Then he brings over his parents and whole family under the family reunification program and we get 4 freeloaders for the next 50 years along with that one productive person. It’s stupid.
Despite all of this, we have the best immigration system in the world. Our immigrants under the “economic principal applicant” category do better than native-born Canadians. They procreate and assimilate well, and they are ambitious and successful financially. Just because it’s good, though, doesn’t mean we shouldn’t improve it.
I remember. What happened to that case? Was anyone held accountable for it?

I was reading up on your “economic principal applicant” policy, which stated “these programs aim to attract skilled individuals who meet the needs of the Canadian labor market, and the principal applicant’s qualifications, such as education and language skills, are crucial for selection”.
This is exactly what Trump has clearly stated needs to happen in the U.S and has been condemned for. Branding him a racist homophobe for even considering excluding low skilled foreigners.
