Interesting that the shopper posted this. I guess he thought he was in the right. What a moron. Once he said freedom. He probably should have just put a mask on. He should not have been let in the store. My guess is he took it off once he got in.

It’s possible the member didn’t know how to put the mask on. You can hear him ask the employee wearing no gloves to put the mask on his head. He could have just YouTubed how to put on a mask.

I think costco makes you wear a shirt too. And something for the lower body. Footwear too. There are a few rules. You can’t just do whatever you want wherever you want. He has a strange definition of freedom.

that costco worker reacted great and explained nicely enough, so i dont see why that guy wouldnt just leave and not shop there anymore if you dont agree with their mask policy;)

People who don’t wear masks and refuse to get their temperatures taken will be refused entry at Medellín shopping centers. Come on Nederlanders, get with the program.

last weekend was very sunny so i decided to hop on my bike and visited several parks, shopping centres and even took some busses and a train to meet up with some family and friends and check things out and saw hundreds of people in different towns
besides some groups in a park and people in the busses almost everyone was enjoying the weather and nicely trying to keep their distance
i experienced no ticket or distance checks at all in the busses and train?! and when i jokingly asked a bus driver why it was free and why he wasnt wearing a mask he said “no dude, its way too hot and because of corona its free rides for everyone yay! but feel free if you want to make a donation for my vacation” lol
some seats were marked with a sign not to sit there and although it wasnt very crowded nobody seem to care and they sat there anyways
during the entire weekend i only noticed about 5 persons wearing a mask
when its nice and sunny again i will do similar trips after june 1 when everyone is supposed to wear a mask in public transport…
will be interesting to see the difference and how they will check and enforce that, although there might not be a big change since they have stated that if you dont wear a mask in public transport and refuse to wear one you wont be fined but requested to leave, only if you dont leave then you will be fined 95 euro
somehow i highly doubt they will have people checking everyone before entering at all stations and stops and to stop a crowded bus or train and wait for the police to arrive to enforce that fine and escort you out?! not likely lol but i might have to test that;)
