The speech was boring. That said, the content of the speech was quite exciting. Colombia is opening up largely on June 1. Businesses will be opened. Curfew will be over. International air travel is still restricted until at least June 30. Not sure about domestic air travel.

They do need to restrict international flights, especially to places where the numbers are still very high, 2 or 3 months longer but I know you want to get back home.
I don’t need a significant spike in demand. I need flights between Colombia and Canada to start up again. One flight a week would be fine.

LOL, even though we have enforced mask wearing in stores until now, too (we’ll see about that after “the weekend of giving em hell” that is coming up), they still fine you if you wearing them in a car over here.

Well that was short lived. Now they’re saying international flights won’t open up before Sept 1. I’m stuck here for the summer. I have to do my visa here in October so we’ll probably just hang around until then.
