It simply reduces the penalties. It doesn’t legalize it, Michele. That said, I’m not sure it’s a good idea.
Well I’m so glad someone cleared that up for me. It’s good to know that the penalty for child abuse has been reduced in the west while laws may potentially be dissolved completely in the northeast. Just think, some of you have grand daughters and sons that won’t survive the next generation if things don’t change. That is what you all want isn’t it? That is what the left wants.
Michele, nobody wants kids to get fudge packed by homosexuals. This is a kowtow to the homosexual lobby. I admit this. I find it quite repugnant but I understand that we’re all supposed to pretend that being gay is just as good as being straight and, given that premise, it makes sense to even the penalties between straight child molestation and gay child molestation.
