Everybodyâs favorite champion Magnus on JRE. He is so not self conscious about his hair even with the 
headphones. He doesnât even get heated up about the cheating subject of opponents but discusses it practically. Private confession vs. shaming.

I never shame you, Mark. If you post things I think are unlikely to help you reach your stated weight loss goals, I may comment about that. To assist me, it would help if you would state clearly what your target weight is. I recall you said youâre about 310 lbs. What is your goal?

Last time you said you wanted to lose 20 lb or so if I recall correctly. I personally think you should try to lose about 160 lb, but 20 is a good start. Either way, itâs entirely your business and your choice and I wonât disturb you or mock you.
