Gunda, your idea was to put a stop on size, not breed. As far as I’m concerned, if it doesn’t fit in the pet carrier of an airline, don’t breed it. Or call it 8kg, whatever is easier. And forcing animals to be neutered is a kindness, anyway. It’s not sensible to call that cruel. Almost every animal rights group in the world supports neutering of animals.

In my posts I referred to breeds as well as size. And all you‘ve said proves my point. Dog haters won‘t be satisfied with bans of pitbulls or any other breed, which can apply fatal serious or even fatal bites. That‘s why I oppose their calls for a breeding or even keeping ban for pitbulls. This won‘t satisfy them and new demands for other breeds/sizes etc. would be made.

I don‘t mind neutering of dogs which aren’t used for breeding. Any pet breeding rules, not just for dogs, should be highly restricted, as the suffering of stray cats and dogs should be solved first.

And yes, thinki, mankind should be restricted too regarding breeding. Especially in regions, where people have to flee due to overpopulation.

the only people that “flee” because they think their area is “too crowded” are spoilt rich people that go and have their custom luxury houses built in the countryside
