That looks like greek pizza. My stomach cannot handle that much cheese.

You don’t have to,.just don’t lose your ability to digest dairy. Throw it in every blue/new moon or so.
Try feta that’s Greek. Your body make a cheese and cheeseing is one of the stages of decomposing in animals which includes us.

No way, today’s a full body with deadlifts, seated cable pulls, incline bench , and overhead press. Squats Im doing TRX because I do a heavier leg day with leg presses and extensions on other days.

I wouldn’t be moving today of it weren’t for that baby oil and omega pain relief I applied.

Might get one kruller doughnut and a coffee right before workout.

But I have a special meal planned.

It would be better if you would take those disgusting eggs :cooking: ff and put dressing in it.

If you limit my money I’m going to have to buy chicken legs, egg flats, and organ meats for protein and nutrients. Maybe a potato or two if I need carbs.

Pepperoni. These aren’t the old world pepperoni that cup and are actually quite thin especially being so crisped. That’s ok I like the burn on the cheese. I dusted this lightly with parmesan. Delicious.
Did have a kruller and maple along with zero cal large iced coffee. Glad I did I was so out of energy for my workout. Still hit it with more poundage. Strength levels are up about 150% from the start of this month. More in other lifts. Body feels like a tank ran over me.

Yeah I don’t drink after meals for at least 30 minutes for better digestion. Water slows it down. Too much water. Unless you’re dehydrated. I need sleep going to drink more water but some ph allkaone bottles keeping super cold for tomorrow.
Something has to give.

Sure I’d want it, Mark. I love pizza and crullers. I just don’t want to be fat so I don’t eat them. I had a salad for lunch and skipped dinner. I’m 78 kilos and nobody looks at me and thinks, “that guy is fat”. I’ve been fat in the past. I didn’t like it.

I had two hour old stale pizza for dinner. I’ll probably be two pounds heavier in the morning.

Two hour old pizza is perfect. lol. I think I prefer it to fresh pizza. Lots of cheese and toppings, ideally. At some points in my life, I could’ve eaten that whole pizza that Mark posted. Now, two slices of meat pizza will make me feel a bit sick. lol. That doesn’t mean I don’t love it. It just means my body has adjusted to far lower fat intake, and almost no red meat intake. I know it could adjust back with a bit of training (eating more meat pizza) but again, I don’t want to be fat so I’m not going to do that.

0.8 pounds weight loss. Back under 320 and the decrease in stomach bloat is much more comfortable. Rapid muscle gains and can feel the bone density amd connective tissue super packed and tight. Supplementing with marine(fish) collagen.
One surprise day.of partial fasting a week will do the trick for the weight loss when that’s the focus. But it’s not the focus right now. It’s muscle mass.amd strength as well as conditioning of tendons. Them the fat burning comes easy. Then in burn more calories resting and with daily activities.

3.4 pounds in 3 days eating a pizza a day plus other meals is optimal metabolic rate for weight loss when I want to punch that ticket with a severe calorie restriction and fast. Could be a day, 3 days or a week. But 3-10 pounds would be expected.
Keep in mind I’m gaining muscle so weight loss is not showing total fat loss.
This is preparation for next month.

Competitive bodybuilders eat clean calories. Those aren’t low
They are up in the 6000-7000 range.

Doesn’t mean as much as the weight gain on inclined and overhead press. J/K thank you…But weight loss isn’t the goal this month but it is a welcome bonus and side effect.

I am eating smaller. I had two trays of leftover Mexican food. One a portion of surf and turf fries with carne asada and shrimp and the other some rolled tacos about 4. I could have ate both for breakfast than an after noon meal but I split them up and added a ton of cottage cheese for the protein and only one salsa so no reflux. That and a protein shake I’m filling up twice with water to dissolve.

No pictures of that but this is what I’m working on. Was going to do this now or for dinner but I’ll do it tomorrow and just let it marinade. Using oldest stuff in the fridge. Worcestershire, a little tonkatsu, just a drizzle of honey to make things stick, minced garlic with the it’s juice and 3/4 am onion.
I’ll make some veggies for it and probably bake it early tomorrow.
4.5!pound tray for 5 dollars. Can totally go wererooster on that.

Food choices do affect actions, mental clarity, performance and decisions.

But let’s not try to invalidate people based on something they ate.
Also because you ate a “healthy” meal doesn’t mean you are healthy or your arguments and intelligence stronger.

Have you consider colon hydrotherapy? All that stuck poop in you it’s so old. I know it might fool machine as dense muscle because of the standards for muscle and the density, but don’t you think you could lose that weight for the people you have to deal with Reggie?

Just because you had diarrhea doesn’t mean your bowels are clear. They are too weak and there are too many folds in your intestine where the poop has been stuck for decades.

And you know what? That stuck poop attached and clings new poop.. you can’t digest anything in your upper stomach and you stink because your body tries to leech nutrients through the stick poop.

Don’t save it in you and let it get so hard and packed because you can’t get muscles or hard on.

Protein upgraded microwave pho. I’m hoping I can get better caloric collateral on this. For some reason nothing makes me fatter than Vietnamese food even if the dishes are all vegetable or vegetable based and without noodle.
It’s like I get 100 bowls for I eat just to get the nutrition in own bowl. And I’m not pretend eating.


These will be the veggies for tomorrow. Zucchini I sliced thin, baby carrots 2 serrano chiles, dry herb spices, white and apple cider vinegar. Lemon juice.


Not good enough for Reggie I don’t care.
