Sand looking stuff would be on the chicken , lawn clipping stuff would be on the vegetables.

Was going to butterfly those drumsticks to cook them faster and more through. Not this time.
The large drumsticks came out too bloody. I tried to finish them all there are still a few super thick ones that I’ll have to microwave. 375 for 45 wasnt enough. Should have put them in the higher rack as the heating element was in the bottom but heat seemed to rise. Didn’t crisp well but I liked the taste. Cooked the rest of the onions just used the egg wash and left over flower and bread crumbs. Tasted strong fishy from the Worcestershire.
