My neck harness. I started using this again and even bringing it to the gym to hook up to cable machine. It’s one of the better quality ones but not as expensive as some resistance band.det with some halo like orbital. I suspend myself at up to 45;degrees sometimes than rep out
I have almost daily symptoms of a cerebral hemorrhage or brain bleed. The sudden neck pain and thunder clap headache as they are called the feeling of needing to pass out in bed but unable to faint from the pain.
I laid off neck work for a while and my neck seemed like it got much weaker. It came back quick when I started the heavy harness work. No need for a chiropractor or adjustment. Better posture and height and a chest lift.
I try to do once a week now. Sometimes I might just use hand resistance light bands or heavier bands and isometric holds. Back of the neck look like I lost a chunk of meat from under the skin.
And no to dowager’s hump.

I was going to take today off after doing all that chest, back, and shoulder presses yesterday and getting the vaccine. I ate that whole pizza some waffles and chicken legs and it restored me. Keep the protein high.
I got the RSV vaccine yesterday too. I remixed my omega pain relief ointment with water, skin cream tube, manzanilla rub and filled it back up with water. It’s not as concentrate but worked perfect with less strong mediciney smell. Couldn’t use baby oil again but it does help. I usually apply it at night and then wash it off. It’s still there and comes out when sweating.
Since I don’t have any ped’s or steroids.
48 sets total including leg presses, squats, and.leg presses, machine leg curls , extensions, hip adduction , abduction, calves, and shin work.
That and I thought I wouldn’t be able to walk enough to just see a movie.
I feel more relaxed and restored from just getting out the house. I think I’ll try for an early bird workout tomorrow.

Some strength gains. I did 66 minutes on the cycle yesterday and moved to upper body workout.
Chest press several sets and I was really spent. Still a good warm up I tried a bit late on the over head press 190lbs x 12 reps on a plate machine with painted alone. All reps came up fast and explosive. Ome rep max would be 266 using a strength calculator. Not bad since just using 50 last month. Strength and power output was set way too low.
Next month looking to be using over 200 and getting closer to 300 OH
New WR. I would have thought being taller would be a burden for deadlifting, but I guess not. At least not for 1 rep.
