It’s a way for you to predict moves. Running your fat like waste from a liposuction into your opponent. Thus you make the person a human just like you and you know all the moves strengths and weaknesses of that human.

You figure it works everything even getting people to do your own work for you. But it hasn’t been working so well for you lately or even at all.

This is one my favorite and most entertaining athletes. Good channel. No really spoken instructions but just follow his form and you see it is optimal to lift, push, or pull anything of great weight. Also has some really good simple boxing and kickboxing combos. It’s hard to beat the belly for awesome and huge lifts and it is necessary. Some lifters do lift without the aid of their stomach but it requires considerably more effort in some lifts as they cannot hitch it and they also lift considerably less.

So i did some weights that felt extra heavy for the small weight they should have been. Same odd phenomena the next day. Like I am still carrying the weight after I put it down a full day ago. I’m not talking delayed onset muscle soreness I can still feel the strain on the bones and joints and muscles.

And another issue why I go up in weight so easily. When I lose about greater than 5 pounds I look fatter. I men I really look like I gained about 10 and I feel about double the weight especially at the hips. Like I have a Flintstone car. I went walking today and wearing the mask really helped for me to get my breathing to the next level. Problem is although I was 8-9 pounds lighter than lest time I felt about double my body weight. I couldn’t even see my shoulders and i felt like a floating tombstone. I did about 2 laps around the perimeter of a park and started to get so heavy it felt like I was carrying a large stone or frame or sled apparatus in some strength competition. I’m so stiff and dense It’s like I was a bag of cement that got wet.

Now when I start gaining weight this doesn’t get that bad. It is when I start losing the weight that weight seems about double. Also my body starts revolting trying to threaten more volume at less weight.

Anyone else doing training? I downloaded another yoga book for my phone. I did some stretches form another downloaded book that had a few different moves. Actually it is worth it for me when I could feel my body in a different position. That’s how to manifest as more body, by knowing by feel what your greater capacity is.

People know about yoga but not that many know how intense Indian wrestling training is.

Fine. What kind of workouts do you do Michele? Even if it is laundry. I do laundry and that is a very hard workout for me. Using machines is like being in a cube myself. Actually I worked legs yesterday without barbell or dumbbell or kettlebell or band. I picked up a cardboard box with a small fake christmas tree and a bin. Even though they don’t weigh a lot they are very hard to hold and balance due to the size. They could have been solid metal that just felt light. But one thing I did was a side lunge without any weight. My right hamstring and right buttocks muscle are much tighter maybe from an injury or strain, but the tightness when I went down was on my left leg oddly. These were the sumo side lunges and despite my rear muscles feeling like steel cables there was an odd feeling on my right buttocks. Like a length of intestine or a sausage had slipped down and was pulsing. Who knows maybe this was what was giving me violent diarrhea, but I just kept working out switching sides like a hermit crab tucking into a new shell.

I can do more lunges and split squats now. Also I did a half glute bridge half hip thruster using just a kicking shield for elevation. You know these moves you see everyone doing with the barbell across the front of the hips with tons of weight on it that come up effortlessly. I didn’t use any weight but my movements are so brutal and powerful I could have burst a slab of packed sausages.

I don’t know. What kind of workouts do you want me to do?

Wow. That’s really impressive. Can you teach me how to pick up a fake tree? I’ve never done that before. Probably one of the few things in life I haven’t done wink wink*
