Blubber isn’t the same as fat. Fat is insulting and inferior.
Haven’t gone swimming in ages because fat is embarrassing. But it makes people float. Whales sink when they die due to their buoyancy, it’s one of three that just does.

Trained lower back and legs today. Didn’t even attempt a squat but did several good mornings with the bar right on my neck and my arms pushing it forward. It can’t a better position other than gripping the plates and looking like a vulture. Because of my right hamstring being so tight I used the same weight for deadlifts which I am liking again.
No weight leg presses but I got steel cable glute and hip flexor muscles. Like a magnetic constrictor. Good leg day.
Right hamstring and all the muscles in the right buttock are still way too tight. They actually pull the leg out of forward foot placement unless I really compensate. It’s going to take time before I can really get it to stretch appropriately without tearing anything. I have been really full as of late and I felt my right leg forced more forward and more powerfully in place. It feels like an action figure character but without fast food wrappers in the crotch area. I was worried when coughing that I had split everything open. But those feels are just superficial like a molt.
Still keeping the same split and I did shoulders with just the weight of my arms they felt so heavy. I have been working on lots of arm movements and repeating simple combos so they are already tired. The whole shoulder girdle also really hurts like it is being sword separated. I did arms with just a medicine ball and held one kettle bell with both hands for bis and tris.
I was trying to rotate going one part heavy and then light week to week so i could hit some bodyparts heavyy, but I really might haven to go light on everything for a week or two so I can just do 1 exercise heavy. Too much pain. But I need to fix that shoulder girdle in place with a heavier weight without tearing or desocketing things too much.
I have more muscle at a heavier weight. Probably stronger but I got to do something about this excessive pain. People would be in disbelief at how much pain I am hiding, Like being crushed by a steel drop down door.
Something strange too my bones are hurting. Like at the areas of the bone where they grow. They feel like weaker bone trying to grow long again but being prevented to until there is a certain density.
My body would reject a slim runner’s height of over 6 foot and not accept it as anything over 4 feet tall.
I had some good workouts this week. Today was very good as I am trying a different split. I wasn’t even working pecs and I probably saw the biggest pair on myself today. Only problem is I think my neck is broken.
I was working with something I call muscle creep, just like soil or dirt or concrete creep and doing traps, medial delts, and biceps and forearms. I look pathetic now with almost no muscle manifest and with my neck locked forward like one of those lycans from Underworld.
Actually I kind of did like one thing I saw today about myself in the mirror. An area about the width of a barbell right at the collar bone and all the way across that looks like the light is bent and might be a much larger width. It looks like a foot high step in one inch, like you would miscalculate a fishing in water from the land. I had a strange dream I was with accompanying a friend of mine who use to compete internationally in lifting and we suddenly became the same person and one or both of use were suddenly erased by somebody I had never seem before spotting on a bench press.
The lack of bone and muscularity make me overweight. I could be showing up better.
