Seems so.

i was in error in an earlier post
The tunnels, with a total length of 15,946 feet, or about 3 miles, were excavated to 56 feet and lined with 3 feet (300,000 cubic yards) of concrete. The tunnels could carry over 200,000 cubic feet - more than 1.5 million gallons - of water per second!
not two tons but
1.5 million gallons
who can say how much that weighs?

That was amazing. The fun part is that, if I saw that on a store shelf, I would think, âoh itâs made in some Chinese factory, I have far too much taste to own such a thingâ. lol. The truth is I do not have enough taste to recognize a handmade work of art over a factory made piece of trash. Iâm also not sure I care enough about the difference for me to pick the handmade thing each time, especially given the price difference.
Agreed. There is little way to tell the difference. It is heavier than cheap plastic crap, but if you donât pick it up in a store youâd never know.

how much proof do you need?
What people donât understand about wood. It simply doesnât exist anymore.
I think people are grown the same way these days. Would explain your height/weight charts and projected size and strength.
When it just comes too easy. Whatâs the cost?
Why would you want to stop certain people from woodworking?
Hopefully it all breaks including those wine bottles. Either that or Elmer Gantry crashes your place with his firemanâs axe. Would be real nice if he belted you in that glass jaw of yours as your you were sipping your glass.
Pay for your own cancer Dan, it doesnât feel that good for its worth.
Stop exchanging cancer for work. Even with your health/medical time it doesnât balance out in the positive. Youâre more the problem.
You canât woodwork by throwing yourself into it without consequence.
