Yay! Someone in a white car parked for some time by the garbagey part of the KPU parking lot saw driver throw garbage out the window to the ground. They drove off without me getting the plate on cell phone cam.

I had no idea that was a limit. Must be something the Discourse Forum software enforces. Why not just add to your older posts? Like create a Greg Carr Diary topic and keep adding to it? But however you want to do things is fine. We don’t have a lot of rules here.
