They just will add a stabilizer like sugar and adjuvant to make you respond more like aluminum and maybe some antibacterial to protect not you but the dead virus. There is no cure in the vaccine. You are supposed to produce it yourself. Just like giving you pre algebra or pre calculus .
Symptoms typically come on gradually, begin in young adulthood, and in many cases never resolve

Interesting story but it reads strange to me. Nearly complete resistance to HIV-1 infection and AIDS. All this from an allele CCR5-Δ32 that was some sort of genetic mutation from the Black Death Bubonic Plague.
Oddly enough in is found mostly in Europeans and more so of Northern Europeans and nothing outside of that. In areas of Europe hit hardest by the Plague in Europe oddly there is less of this gene.

I think the uptake of the AIDS virus is just weaker. Maybe not enough genetic cohesiveness.
