The ppl who own the flock say no thanks and the govt authorities say they will kill the ostriches without notice. Demonstraters all White about 20 have gathered at the ranch to protest the cull order.

It’s called on the job training. Most companies offer training for workers or they should start. At least some type of certifications.
There still requires a certain amount of intelligence for the trainer and trainee.
