Jailing her does nothing but she has connected herself with rich people who love her. I read she is currently living in a mansion worth over a hundred million dollars. It is intolerable to let her go unpunished, even though punishing her does nothing for the world.

I have not followed this story at all so I had to go find a reliable source to semi-educate myself.
Her donors are not sympathetic because they know if they align themselves with her they will be thrust into a bad light with her. No one can afford to share in that kind of negative attention.
You’re right. Shes fighting it so she’s already creating a prison in her own mind. She’s doing that to herself, which should be all the conviction a person needs.
She made a bad decision and if the penalty for wire fraud and conspiracy is 20 years in prison she should have to pay the penalty. Since man has taken the death penalty out of sentencing in most cases, I have to believe we have prisons because the heart has been waxed cold and hardened against God. Maybe people like her need time to reflect on choices they made in life, think carefully about their true convictions and make their final choice to avow the Truth because God is not slow in keeping His promise, but patient, knowing the deep things of every soul.
I do not know why we always disagree on justice but you just can’t seem to get that part right. Just to touch on what you’ve said here, I didn’t read anything about her personal financial situation, nor do I care about it. According to the article I read, the only rich people she connected herself with are donors who used her for their own selfish purposes.

Gangakhedkar? I can’t even begin to pronounce it lol. Her convictions reflect her morals. I’m sure she’s not perfect but she obviously knew she was in a no-win situation with her only options to participate or walk away.

How do you co-direct a lab and not meet? I suppose they had to work pretty hard to make sure that didn’t happen.

This testifies to the level of cloak and dagger control they demonstrated.
Mr. Balwani’s allegedly quick temper contributed to the fear that came to dominate some employees’ experience at Theranos. He was known for getting angry easily with his subordinates, stomping around the office and firing employees on a whim, leading to high turnover that one employee described as a carousel, according to court records and testimony.
You know this jackass had an agenda and told her everything he knew women want to hear in order to draw her initial interest and cooperation. I’m sure it was a completely different side than what he exposed everyone else to. I mean, you know he didn’t make her his lover by stomping around acting like a child.
