Her wife told her to leave, probably to get her out of danger. ICE also had told her to leave earlier since she was blocking the road.
Her wife was busy taunting and called the ICE agent fat. I’m certain she wasn’t trying to get anyone out of danger.

This is proven wrong if you watch the video. She turned the tires to the right, which is the direction of the road. If she wanted to hit him, she would have droven straight ahead.
I disapprove the action of her and her wife. I support Trumps goal, to deport all illegals. Either we have laws or not. I believe in that the dishonest shouldn’t get a bonus, while the honest don’t. But this was murder. Period.

thank you, that indeed clearly shows him removing his gun from his holster (unless its a doctored ai image), at the same time the other ice agent stands closest to her trying to open the car door so to me its more likely she would focus on that and not see the unholstering?
edit: nevermind my above reaction; cnn just released interesting combined footage and in that clip i can again see the ice agent unholstering his weapon but he did that after the car started moving away to the right and immediately shot 3 times, so even if she saw that unholstering in that little time, it couldnt have been a visual warning for her to stop the car, it was already too late

Again, I agree. They acted like animals, especially the he/she who was giving her wife an order that conflicted with the Law.

They didn’t act like “animals” at all. I find them pretty civilized. No hiding their faces, no violence. Just peaceful resistance. No weapons. The ICE officer overreacted. He shot an unarmed woman who didn’t attack him or anyone else 3 times into the face, for God’s sake.
If you are going to ignore the fact that there was an impact then it was murder. But please tell me, was she listening to a higher authority or her wife of the same sex.
That would be pure speculation. Regardless which order she followed, there is no justification to shoot at her and certainly not twice through the open side window, after it was even for the dumbest policeman clear, that she was no threat but only wanted to leave.

But there is justification for shooting if she was weaponizing her car and rejecting an order to stop by a higher authority. Or do you think all citizens should rise up against the Law, lie, cheat and steal our way to immorality and obedience to lawlessness?
