Because there is nothing funny in a notorious lying person, even worse if it’s the president of a superpower country, which one considered as an ally. Admittedly any sane person has to laugh about this absurdity and his utter primitive behaviour. But indeed, humour has nothing to do with it.
That s where we consistently disagree. I don’t consider him a lying person. I think everyone against him lies.
One thing that host called him a liar about was when he was talking about unemployment numbers and Trump said he “it was 28, 35 and he heard as high as 42%” and the host said, “which is it” leading his audience to think he’s lying about what he read or heard when he was only saying these numbers are much bigger than reported.

I try to stay polite, but often fail. I am a very flawed man. I even convince myself that my rudeness is somehow different from other people’s rudeness (it’s not) and that I’m right so it’s ok (that part is usually true, lol).
