No, Michele, this silly show trial of Trump in the senate is rigged. A fair trial requires that the jurors enter the proceedings with an open mind and decide on innocence or guilt based solely on the evidence presented during the trial. Neither Democrats nor Republicans are doing this. Almost all the Democrats will vote guilty and almost all the Republicans will vote not guilty. They had made up their minds before the trial began. The verdict was known before the trial began. This is a total farce.
Not to mention a waste of taxpayer money but Democrats demand it. Speaking of making demands, Iran is near to making a new deal with Biden, demanding reparations.
