I guess we’re going to see in the coming months. Word is the SDNY wants his ass. He also has a bunch of civil suits against him that were paused while he was president, some alleging serious sexual assaults.
Right so if he did those things, why didn’t he pardon himself? Could a person imagine that maybe he didn’t do the things he’s accused of? He was investigated by the great Robert Mueller.
Because the SDNY is a state organization and the others are civil suits. Federal pardons have no effect on either.

I thought I made it clear. He didn’t issue a self-pardon because it would have no effect on the threats he faces. Those threats are from the civil courts and state prosecutors, neither of which cares at all about federal pardons…
