That reminds me, Trump is committing 15 million dollars to fund bus and transit service to North Dakota.
He’s giving Colorado 14.9 million.

Coronavirus causing unemployment is at historic levels and yet the stock market has made a remarkable v-recovery from the pandemic contractions. We are manufacturing masks, ventilators, test kits and pharmaceutical drugs, which, btw, by the wave of Trumps magic pen, is going to make drugs much cheaper. Especially drugs used to treat diabetics. Hillary is not in jail because building an airtight case she can’t escape takes time. You are right. Obamacare is partially still the law but the mandate has been removed and although I don’t have Obamacare, my own private healthcare was lowered by $300.00 in the first three months of Trumps administration. Trump is building a strong wall. 110 miles of new or replaced or complete and 192 miles under construction. None of this really matters. If he completes it in record time and under budget you will still be unsatisfied because it’s not thick or tall enough.

By general fund do you mean federal income tax? That would be news to me. I actually learned something here, lol. I always thought Medicare and SS were not included in FICA.
That would mean Puerto Rico contributes less to SS and Medicare. If that is the case and they collect the same, I would have a problem with that.
