Untrue. I do not hate fat people and was fat for some years.
I do believe that fat people should be given less opportunity to be fat. I do not care about their freedom. I would ban sugar pop (diet pop is ok), most candy and tax high-calorie meals.
I would also reduce their voting rights and ability to be elected to office.

There is no such thing as a healthy fat person. Their organs may work correctly and they may be able to sustain some cardiovascular activity, but carrying around excess fat is, by definition, excessive and therefore unhealthy. It can (and usually does) result in long term health problems and premature death. Anecdotally, most coronavirus deaths are fat people.
