He suspended for 60 days. I assume this is already happening and he wants it to continue after states reopen. That would take us until the first day of summer.
This infuriates me every time think about it. It’s a perfect opportunity to express your disgust for the wealthiest college in America, who took a taxpayer funded grant they didn’t need, to keep their business open when they weren’t even suffering.

He would need congressional approval. Unless Iran does something dumb by the end of September and kills a few us soldiers. He could always lie that they did.
