Trump

There are Catholic feasts in April. I didn’t know you were Catholic.

Michele is cryptic as always but my instincts are telling me she believes that end of the world as we know it is coming in April. The breaking of the seven seals, the rapture of the bride, the marriage of the lamb, the blowing of the seven trumpets, the emptying of the seven bowls, and the second coming of Jesus.

Well if that is her belief then I guess she is happy. She will soon be with Jesus.

And we won’t.

We will be burning in a lake of fire and bitching about internet interruptions.

Am I right, Michele? Is this your belief?

She must be watching Rachel Maddow.

The trump administration is like a deer in the headlights. Frozen.

I haven’t watched Rachel since Mueller. I believe she is a good person but she got caught up in her own narrative. Everything she predicted turned out to be wrong.

The Mueller report laid it out for congress to take action. The republicans fought it all the way including by turning their backs on their oath to protect the constitution.

True, but Rachel had us thinking that an indictment or a call to indict was all but certain. Instead we got a bunch of waffling, no direct link between Trump and Russia, and a statement that he couldn’t indict so he didn’t bother investigating some stuff but congress should. Total anticlimax. A nothing burger we waited two years for.

A hamberder?

While I do believe these things are going to take place, you instinct lied to you because I do not think the the world is going to end in April.

The Passover and Feast of Unleavened Bread.

Ahh, good you have made peace with your Maker.

I am at peace with myself, while you live in fear of your god.

Do you like tortillas, Will?

I do.

Do you have any tortillas?

maybe.

The Feast of Unleavened Bread begins April 9. It is observed for 7 days. In those 7 days, no leavened bread is to be found in home.

I have taken communion. I have never observed the Feast of Unleavened Bread Bread written in the Old Testament. Don’t ask me why. I’m not sure I even know what I’m doing but I feel compelled to observe this festival.
