You know, for all the criticism the US receives about being bigoted, it’s important to note that they have elected a black guy (twice) and now possibly a homo. My country has done neither.
Obama warns against revolution. I personally think he’s being practical but not visionary. He might be right that being an agent for moderate change is the only way a democrat can get elected, but that’s not what’s needed. Buttigieg and Biden are safe choices that would be vastly better than the current buffoon, but would not materially move the US forward. If that’s all you can get, take it, but try for more.
To form an argument worth my attention you would have to actually put a couple premises together and draw a conclusion while giving valid reason why your conclusion should be considered true. You and Reg don’t seem to have outgrown “argument” by Ad hominem long enough to engage in a debate with deductive reasoning but if you ever get to that point I’d be glad school you two on some Basic Logic and Critical Thinking Skills.

I sincerely hope Trump’s health is good. I do not want him to die until he has been impeached, lost re-election, criminally charged, convicted and bankrupted. Then he and his whole family can die and I will wish them all godspeed with that then.

I made a point of watching some Fox News yesterday. I don’t have a TV so I just went to their Youtube channel and watched the first few videos. According to them, yesterday was a disastrous day for Democrats and there’s no evidence against Trump. According to CNN and MSNBC, it was a disastrous day for Republicans and the evidence against Trump is overwhelming. The Fox side won the Mueller fight. I’m not convinced they won’t win this fight, too.

This impeachment isn’t feeling right to me. I just saw a poll suggesting that public opinion has swung 5 percentage points against impeachment. There is no chance of conviction in the Senate. This could be another Mueller-like disappointment.
It very well could end that way but I still want the truth to come out in the House.
