Trump

I wanted to prove to the world that I owned non-blue shirts.

I don’t know why it’s a topic of conversation. I recall being somewhat concerned about the stock market crashing last December when the market dropped sharply for days. I also recall you all behaving in a flippant manner about the subject.

Go Trump!

About time.

  1. Trump hires some idiot claiming he is the best person ever. He has the best people.
  2. Idiot proves himself to be an idiot, making him well aligned with Trump.
  3. Trump vigorously defends idiot against the press.
  4. The two idiots disagree on something or other.
  5. Trump fires idiot and takes no responsibility for having hired him in the first place.
  6. Trumpets buy this horseshit, over and over and over again.
  7. Repeat until nation is destroyed.

Lather, rinse, repeat.

You’re both idiots. He’s draining the proverbial swamp.

He’s the one who hired Bolton. Pay attention. You embarrass yourself.

I know that. Bizarre you should say that because I am embarrassed, for you.

That’s the interesting thing. Normal people would be embarrassed after constantly being shown to be wrong. Not Trumpets. They declare victory and move on to the next shiny object.

Why not move on. It wasn’t that long ago that I mentioned it was a Republican that abolished slavery to the tune of an entire symphony of crickets.

I think we all know that. You however, were completely ignorant as to Democrats and civil rights.

Which is why I give up on any worthwhile dialog with them. Totally futile.

I am embarrassed, for you.

Do tell why?

You are so right. I was completely oblivious to the passing of a Democrat led, Southern Manifesto and its opposition to the Brown vs Board of Education ruling.

Do perfect your stridulation exercises while you sit in silence.

Both parties have changed quite a bit the last 150 years. Lincoln would never get elected now.

Of what possible relevance is it who did what 50 or 100 years ago?

The early Republican Party consisted of African-Americans, northern white Protestants, businessmen, professionals, factory workers and farmers. The GOP was pro-business and it supported banks, the gold standard, railroads and high tariffs; the party opposed the expansion of slavery. At its inception, Republican Party had almost no presence in the Southern United States.

I’m not sure how much the Republican Party has changed but the Democratic Party is unrecognizable. When I was growing up I was convinced they were the working man’s party. How ignorant of me.

The Democratic Party had a lot of filth to clean up after the light of the newly formed Republican Party reflected badly on the Democratic Party.

In its early years, the Party supported limited government, state sovereignty and opposed banks and the abolition of slavery.

Because if the Democratic Party continues to move in a leftward direction we will be a communist controlled country if they ever win another election.
