California state senate just passed a bill keeping trump off the 2020 ballot unless he releases his tax records. If only, Wisconsin, Pennsylvania, Missouri, Ohio, Virginia, and Florida would do the same.

This issue depresses me, seriously. It should be bipartisan. Everyone should agree they don’t want a white collar criminal as president. Democrats should demand public tax returns from their candidates, and they do. Republicans don’t, though, and they don’t care. The fact that about 40% of Americans don’t care if their candidate is a white collar criminal is another indication of an unbridgeable divide in the US.
I hate to imagine where it might lead.

Behenna acknowledged during his trial that instead of taking the prisoner home as he was ordered, he took the man to a railway culvert, stripped him, and then questioned him at gunpoint about a roadside bombing that had killed two members of Behenna’s platoon.
Behenna, a native of the Oklahoma City suburb of Edmond, said the man moved towards him and he shot him because Behenna thought he would try to take his gun.

This is your “loyal” party cutting every liberal city and state near the ocean out of the, much needed, relief they deserve.
