You think? You could be right, of course, but my guess is the resistance will be crushed. I was somewhat sympathetic to the truckers until they started blocking the borders and bridges. Now it’s time for them to go.
If the Canadian people are as fed up with the Trudeau communist rule as it appears they are, and then the government gets violent more groups and individuals may join in then rather than being crushed the situation would grow.
This is not to say that the truckers are always doing the right thing or handling the situation like they should be. I’d agree that they may be out of line but my question is who will the people support when push comes to shove?
Well, right now, we have three major political parties (Liberals, Conservatives and NDP) and all three have said it’s time to end the protests immediately, with force if needed.
About two thirds of Canadians oppose the protest in the last poll I saw.
It started as a fight over freedom but I’ve heard the mandates were being lifted and I don’t hear squat on the news about what their demands are now or who is even speaking for them. The thing is if the government keeps acting like communists and become aggressive it will quickly be called abusive and if freedom from the government becomes the issue the political parties might find themselves in more serious conflict with the people than their polls are suggesting.
So Nico, is parking a truck on the border with the goal of blocking traffic “free speech”? How about honking your truck horn all night long so people in Ottawa can’t sleep?

2nd one is more interesting but its still (a direct connection with) physical harm kinda like forcing someone to listen to your justin bieber… torture!

Interesting. Trudeau’s handling of this issue is affecting his popularity. I think he’s totally botched it, myself. He really couldn’t have handled this worse.

Do you surrender your fight for freedom because you want to cross a bridge or don’t want to listen to a horn? I think many people have forgotten the value of freedom but they are starting to see that being taken away and its starting to mean something and when that happens courageous people start to stand up.
Trudeau’s Liberal Communist Progressive ideology is on full display and informed people are rejecting that nonsense.
