The POM

Oh, of course. You can read and write. Just not well. Illiterate is not used as a toggle. It is used to note when someone does those things badly. Trump is illiterate, for example. As are you.

I’ll catch up on the rest of BBAD later today. I have a morning thing today I have to go to.

EDIT: Back and catching up on BBAD. I see I shouldn’t have bothered. Bill obsessing over old posts isn’t worth reading.

I’m impressed.

tiny towns tiny villages
maybe you think tiny is good
maybe you want your girlfriend to think that
who can say?

This is what most of our cities will look like for the next few months.

I do not know why the plural of sheep is not sheeps.

Dead leaves. That’s how I generally feel about November here. My least favourite month.

We need to change that.

Hater.

Hater maker.

January is my least favorite. That’s probably normal.

It probably is for you. I love all months, except hot ones. I don’t like those or the cold ones. Windy months are also not good for me and April. I dislike April and I’ve contemplated abandoning August, entirely.

You’re odd. April and August are both great months. August is usually cooler than July here, and April is spring in all its glory.

You’re boring and while I’m working toward evenness, you don’t seem to be working toward interesting.

Of course they are. All months are great and I love them all, as I said before. You’re just being argumentative, as usual.

I’ll take your word for it but it’s the end of summer sunshine here.

That’s so cute but that’s why we have April Fools Day. It starts out really nice but in the blink of an eye it’s freezing here.

You have something against the normal cycle of life? Against dead leaves becoming mulch to enrich the soil?

A decrepit and worn down old building which lost all of its charm decades ago. If you look carefully, you can imagine the life and activity that was once there, but that is all gone now. Today, it is just old and tired. It is too far gone for renovation. It is just waiting a few decades to either be torn down or to collapse from old age and neglect. Much like I feel about life lately.

You’re just not observing the right material, Reg.

Feel free to choose the next POM, Michele.

How about your last known photo of thinkingaboutit.

I approve. Make it a POM.
