not exactly, germany actually will have stricter border checks starting september 16th (temporary for 6 months because they had some attacks and claim to have irregular migration), while the netherlands is only investigating to see if they can implement emergency laws to curb migration (hint: no, not unless another covid or some terrorist attacks will happen soon or if they can prove irregular migration or if they are willing to break eu laws)

we do know; history shows (or at least for the netherlands and also germany) that there are no huge waves of illegals, just a tiny constant stream (especially compared to the much larger stream of legal immigrants and that is also quite constant with only temporary spikes like now with ukrainians)
