Trump stated yesterday they would do something, just not yet lol. He’s not even president anymore lol. What does he think he can do? Does he think he can just call in the military to fight his battles for him? I suppose he could have done that and some say he did but I have yet to see any real impressive movement from them other than out of the way of the all important congress members.
But neither the text of the Constitution nor the intent of the Framers can justify, say, a president ordering a drone strike on the Supreme Court and then resigning and retiring to private life without consequence.
