Was at the park on Rice Mill Rd and the guy living in his truck with the trailer on back came over and introduced himself to me. White male with baseball cap and Maple Leafs top. Said he had been living in his truck and other vehicles for a couple years. Said he used to work in Asia. Said he started truck living in Spanish Banks but they made him feel unwelcome so he switched to Richmond. He said two ppl a man and a woman came round 5 days a week with food. I never have encountered them. Seen the Salvation Army vehicle with different drivers 4 times on Jacobsen Way saw it stop once by the couches on a cart. Friendly waves to me. Offered plums to the truck guy and he declined. 2 guys young Whites one with Russian style fur hat walked into the BC Ferry property on Rice Mill Rd with knapsacks they walked right by the vessels then exited without the backbacks. Talked pro crime stuff and HA stuff both times I saw them as I ate plums. Fur cap said they were Russians. Indo guy on a white golf cart drove by the front made a couple hand signals to me. The two youths left around that time. A vessel one of the 5 always has a red flag flying. No other flags on any of the vessels.

Someone dropped two large things of styrofoam on Jacobsen Way 48 hours ago one gone now. The plastic pallet in the park on Rice Mill Rd has disappeared. Richmond garbage bags say Richmond in blue which I think is cool.
