Just got my new ID card with “RESIDENTE” on it. I feel very empowered. lol.

If you have a sharpie you can just write a big P in front of residente. Probably get to fly for free.

My technical supervisor gave her notice today. Sad day. Probably my saddest of the year. I assume I will be promoted but unless they pay me an extra 20000 a year, I will decline.

They will either give in or not replace her. Which would be bad. Either way i will be doing both our jobs. Right now with overtime, I make more money than her. I will be working even more. I make 12000 a year in OT. So really it would have to be 20000 more for me to take salary.
Your health. I knew a lot of hospital staff doing the same and working nights. They had vision problems and diabetes and complications.
