I bought a few of these on Amazon awhile ago. I won’t need them for the flight back to Canada as it will probably happen in November or December. Good to have for the future though.

We are getting a massive PCR instrument from roche diagnostics. Right now we have 2 instruments from Roche. One does hep c, hep b, and HIV viral loads. The other does hpv. This 30 foot beast is supposed to do those 4, plus Cytomegalovirus and coronavirus.

I’ve never tried them but they look too ridiculous for me. It’s the kind of thing a tourist would use, not a real traveler.
EDIT: I spoke too soon. I thought they were only supposed to be worn over the neck. The photos show them also just standing on the desk like a normal fan. I take back my comment. I would only use them on the desk though. I still like the one I bought better. It has a flashlight and can be used as a power bank so it’s useful in several ways.
I wonder if they will allow any fans with the covid. My wife’s classroom has no fans.

That may be reality, but that guy looks fake. The acts depict brutality but it looks like it is done over an air hockey table. Injuries seem impossible.
Lead hand seems very effective for power. Almost full reliance on the lead hand and lots of angles. Not much damage to the female. She could have got worse injuries from a salon facial with massage and a flea bite.
Just not being in the wrong place at the wrong time. Just not actually there enough.
To be honest Reggie it actually looks like your wife getting her normal paycheck from Saturday night televised wrestling. The actual victim seems to have fallen asleep with her face on her hand resting on the bench in front of her during church. The only things she seem upset about are the air circulation, boring and excessively long service, and somebody pulling out one of her hairs when she was asleep.

Isn’t that the kind of violence more commonly seen in Colombia? Is the guy just acting more like he was in her country?
One thing I have noticed about South American mma fighters when they fight in European and Asian countries against hometown fighters. They allow several successful techniques to land from their opponents and often seem to give up the victory easier and avoid making their opponents look bad.
She must have been hesitant to do anything back against this guy for the same reason.
As temperamental as this man was, he did have the foresight not to carry the assault out with a weapon or even holding anything like a small pipe a knife or even a padlock to make it worse.
There are times when you feel your fist so solid the blows would be crushing destruction. Other times it’s almost as ineffectual as balloons or a foam toy hammer. I think a lot of this was on faith that God watch between.
Still very traumatizing and a bad way to deal with insecurity.
