Pit Bulls

Any dog breed can attack. My mini American eskimo did. Thankfully she weighed 20 lbs. Most can’t or wont kill.

What’s your favorite animal? What’s your least favorite animal? You can pick human for either. Or both.

How to recognize that? Do cows have divided hoofs then? Thanks for the reminder about chewing the cud

a little doggie will have trouble killing a grownup, yet if you leave a poorly trained little doggie alone in the house with food and a baby on the floor then horrible things could easily happen…

which leads to the conclusion that instead of fairness or logic… it is fear / self preservation that dictates the reason why people would want to kill only pitbulls instead of insisting on proper training for all dogs and especially their owners

there is something to like and dislike about all creatures

Is this a call for a poll, isnt it.
I am not an animal but instead miraculously created in the image of god.
My favorite animal: goatiiiiieees

Least favorite: i dislike many like mosquitos and wasps, rats…

geez american euthanasia… no vet nearby?

Well most human deaths by dogs are by pitbulls. I think it is around 90%.

I’ll have to think about my question. I like humans and dogs but they are both diverse.

Birds are also diverse. I once had a woman tell me that a fish wasn’t an animal. Maybe she meant a mammal.

Bees have a wide spectrum of likability, too.

I like bumblebees though. They are cute, relaxed and remind me of chubby girls

Beerotica.

They didn’t want to pay a vet.

How is it better to have a vet kill your dog than to shoot him yourself? Or have a friend do it?

I suppose they could have hired a vet to shoot it.

a vet is supposedly trained to diagnose and treat animals

Truly, a much more humane way to treat dogs but that would cost a small fortune with no guarantee of a cure so I totally support universal health care for all animals unless they are rabid. Obviously, the only solution in that case would be a hollow point bullet.

that leads to the question: should you (be allowed to) get a pet if you cant afford to take care of it?

who decides what is rabid? is a pet snake rabid?
a bullet is never a good solution, not even for people that are rabid and think that a bullet is a solution lol

I say no.

God, no. That only puts the responsibility on the next of kin that may not want a dog. That may prefer traveling over being strapped to a dog for 15 years.

A vet?

Well that’s just silly, thinkster. I would never recommend a bullet for a rabid person but I can see them being quarantined.

interesting… i say yes and wouldnt mind seeing some tax money go towards that since the poorest people are probably the most in need of a pet and an animal is better off with a chance of being (partly) taken care of than being killed

ah i see so you agree with my fellow deluded dutchie reg who thinks that a death penalty is only for certain animals?

You support putting the burden on someone who doesn’t want the burden? Can my husband and I move in with you. I promise we will only burden you for little things like food, clothing, education and entertainment. You seem like a fair person. I also have extended family who would also need housing and transportation should they come visit. That wouldn’t burden you too much would it?

Well no I don’t agree with Reg at all. He’s a heartless human that can’t even tell the difference between a hostile dog in need of training and a rabid dog. His solution is to euthanize them all first and then if any evaluation desired, dissect them to determine their illness but what’s the point in that when they are already dead. What a waste.

sure if (after you sold your guns and jewelry and other unnecessary things) you are in need of basic human needs i will gladly help you and everyone out where i can;)

why wouldnt any human being want “the burden” of helping out and giving joy to poor people?

surely a good christian would be jumping for joy and be the first to volunteer? lol

Helping people is not a burden. Carrying their responsibility is. There is a difference.

No no. My guns and jewelry go with me everywhere. Surely that’s not a burden to you since I would not burden you with the responsibility of storing them for me.
