By the way: Does anyone know whether cat-meat is unclean in Islam? I only find proof that dogs are unclean, but cats are “clean to keep at home” in Islam. What about eating them? I know that in Switzerland some people do eat cats and it is legal there. What’s bible’s and qu’ran’s view on them?

They are still sold by weight if you are counting each one individually, unless you are talking about the value of a herd and in that case it would help to have a herd of pregnant cow/calf pairs as opposed to a herd of cut bulls, imho.
