Iām at acute care. I guess everyone here has bronchitis. The lady next to me is watching youtube on her phone. Sheās watching someone I follow lol. Iām too sick to carry on a conversation. Iām sure she is too. Sheās listening too loudly for everyone around except for me. Unfortunately, everyone else has increased their volume. I donāt know how they can talk that loud with a mask on.
I imagine my lungs will be the cause of my death. Pneumonia in my 70s.

Good question Will. I guess I had all the symptoms for 5 days. I did get the flu shot which may have helped. Even suspecting I had it, I thought it was dumb to go since I could still pound liquids. I finally started to go to the doctor when my lungs started to take the brunt of it. He said your incubation is pretty much done but your juvenile asthma causes bronchitis. He doesnāt think Iām even sick anymore. But I canāt calm my lungs down. And the non stop coughing is painful and tiring. He gave me an inhaler and told me to go to bed. Easier said than done.
I know this hippy woman that owns an organic apple farm. She has a 25 minute sculpture walk through the woods. Sheās really nice. She had cancer. Sheās probably an anti vaxxer. I remember her telling me she was going to fight it naturally. A few months later her hair started falling out and she told me her doctor told her she was going to die if she didnāt listen to him. Thankfully she took some drug. That was 10 years ago at least.
Anyways, she just posted a book on Kandinsky on her Instagram. Kandinsky?! Here I was thinking I had always liked talking to her and liking her nature walk. Iām glad we never talked about art.

I can empathize. I was napping and the coughing started, then breathing became faster and more shallow. I was able to grab an inhaler and come out to the living room where my nebulizer is. We donāt have the same condition but some of the symptoms are similar. Lately I have to catch up on sleep during the day. Itās easy enough for me since I no longer work. I also think you have more pain with the bronchitis than I do. I hope you get passed this soon.
Hey Dan you need to be pounded. When I was young they used a machine on me that looked like a belt sander but actually did repeat hammering with a 4āx4ā square. Maybe you have a huge massager or even rubber mallet you can get your wife to beat your back and chest while you hang your torso over the bed and let the phlegm loosen and succumb to gravity.
Also you cannot clear the phlegm because it is stuck together in too much of a dry or even slimy cohesive mass. Mucus is base and vinegar and lemon juice are acids. Get hot/warm water with salt and vinegar and gargle. You can add lemon juice if you want or if you have a plastic syringe squirt lemon juice and salt on your tonsils or same area if you donāt have them. The phlegm will loosen like a massive chunk and slide out.
The mucousās enzymes arenāt functioning anymore and now it is accumulating bacteria. Green color is an indicator of mucus work.
Interesting Mark. I take Mucinex to break up the phlegm. Works ok. I think I might try the gargle and see if it helps.
No mucinex makes it worse. It makes your lungs glutinous for air by powder coating them.
