I love the idea of changing “SIR YES SIR” to “Sergeant, could you please specify your pronouns so that I may correctly acknowledge your order?” Then the sergeant and the recruit could hold hands and enjoy a moment of respect for each other’s gender identities.
I love the idea of keeping pronouns as Sir, yes Sir to correctly acknowledge order so recruits can enjoy a moment of respect for sergeant identities.
That ship sailed long ago. Your military (and ours) is now filled with PC madness, men in dresses, and degeneracy. In Canada, our military is having a “scandal” where the fighter pilot call signs of some new recruits was considered too racy. This at a time where Europe is at war. This is our top priority.
And in the USA:
Jo’s Cervical Cancer Trust, a United Kingdom-based non-profit, is offering alternative vocabulary for women’s genitalia to increase what the organization is saying is inclusivity in medical language. According to the cancer trust’s official glossary of LGBT-inclusive terms, “bonus hole” is an optional term for “vagina” in the context of cancer treatment.
People have to take out loans to attend expensive colleges and learn proper terminology only to have self-proclaimed word experts change the terminology. This is the sort of thing that makes me happy that Biden found a loophole to forgive student loan debt, even though the Supreme Court ruled against it.
The CBC sent me an email telling me about a new WHO report on the effects of climate change on pregnant women.
I was amused at this little footnote on the WHO report.
The CBC itself bypassed this by not calling them women at all. They are “pregnant people” and “pregnant individuals”. lol.
The world is so weird these days. lol.
The Vermont Department of Health (VDH) published advice encouraging parents in the northeastern US state to use the words ‘child’ or ‘kid’ when referring to their children, because the terms ‘son’ and ‘daughter’ are not “inclusive” enough.
The guidance was included in a social media post about inclusive language for families on Wednesday. The post also suggested using the term “family members” rather than “household members” to include incarcerated individuals, step-siblings, and others who might not live in the house.

The term son or daughter or family member sounds too much like an heir. Those who are forcing inclusion can’t seem to cope with knowing their inheritance is in the blackest black of blackness.
This guy is a little loud but he has a point.
I know, it’s unfair. They really have done so much to help our country.
Loud was correct. Crazy man.
No doubt! It’s in his appearance.
Last week, Bush’s former vice president Dick Cheney sent shockwaves through the political sphere as he revealed that he plans to cross party lines and vote for Kamala Harris.
As citizens, we each have a duty to put country above partisanship to defend our Constitution. That is why I will be casting my vote for Vice President Kamala Harris.’
It’s no cowinkydink that Chaney is casting his vote for Kamala. He’s fond of war at the expense of human rights but he’s a Republican so I trust he has chosen wisely.
Both W and Cheney are war criminals who should be in prison. Since that’s unlikely, I hope there’s a Hell for them to rot in.
Kamala’s Vagina?
Her personal life appears to be quite disgusting, but far less so than Trump’s. He is truly a POS when it comes to his personal life. Never forget, Michele, after you watched the Stormy Daniels interview, you said you believed her. I do, too.
You raise a good point, Reg, but Trump has a mind for Christ and heavenly things and she was really stunning in her younger day.
Bush and Chaney are defending a party that is weaponizing the Justice department against any investigation into the, Hellhole on earth, Epstein Island, case where minors were tortured and abused at the hands of a high society mafia man, which testifies to their participation.
“Thank you, Sir.” now gets you booted from flights.
It almost sounds like rude punishment for being polite.
You know, I’m almost 60 now. I have spent my life saying “thank you, sir” as a polite way to end an interaction. If I see someone who is obviously a male in a dress, I try to avoid pronouns. I know I’m not supposed to say “sir” but, having said that all my life, I can easily make that error. I’m not trying to insult the male in a dress. It’s just natural for me to say that. If I am corrected, I will say, “oh, sorry, how should I address you?” and then I’ll comply and use whatever term the male in a dress prefers.
This is exactly what that woman did. To make it into an issue is asinine.
