Heâs probably a jerk. Jerks need jobs too. Entertainers are just popularity figures so Iâm not surprised heâs out as host. Now heâs out as producer. If he is difficult to work with and is the producer of the show, that could be an issue. Kind of difficult to tell from outside.

Letâs be clear. I donât think Trump should be president because he is incompetent and amoral. I also think it would be good to avoid electing morons, which Trump also is. I think his health care non-plan and his desire to eliminate Obamacare without a replacement was evil. I think on the moral side, his multiple sexual assault accusations eliminate him from consideration, as does his tax evasion and the literally hundreds of cases of fraud against him in business. I think Trumpâs rude words make him an idiot but should not eliminate him from consideration as president.

Fair point, Bill. I also donât personally have any issues with firing a model or actor who no longer physically meets the design goals of the creative team. If Iâm casting a movie about Usain Bolt and the lead actor gains 40 lb, I would quite rightly be allowed to fire him for becoming fat. Same situation for this woman who was hired to be sexually appealing and no longer was.

Bill, whether you (or I) find pregnant women attractive is entirely irrelevant to the point, which is that creative industries (entertainment, drama productions, etc.) should have the right to hire based on appearance by whatever criteria they choose. If I am casting for a movie about a Chinese refugee, I should not have to hire a black person for the lead. Yes, it is discrimination, but it is justified discrimination. The same is true for whatever âlookâ the producer of some game show wants for his production.
