OCA has been criticized in the media for minimal results and being a dumping ground for C rate officers. Their website has the email address inqueries@cfseu.bc.ca but it doth not work. What kind of govt agency has a email for the public that doth not work. Also FVRL computers block the OCA website for some reason.
It’s probably inquiries@, not inqueries@. They also have a contact page.
