Rained here most of the day. Walked along a closed rail line 8 km out of town for 2.5 hours. Threw out the THC CBD oil did not help me sleep and gave me bizarre thoughts including that I was GOD. GOD doesn’t thirst and have insomnia jeez. Ambulance went to 104 here at the motel and took away red pyjamas guy who was talking quietly to a paramedic around 4:20 PM. PA1-60V showed up a frequent visitor and went inside 104 and the woman with the walker all shrivelled up came out. She was the one before talking about “sandniggers” and complaining I didn’t want to hang with ppl like her.
Watching KC vs Bills. Hope KC wins though I have a Bills hat. The late Deborah Lawrence of Richmond, BC that was her favourite team. Some guy in the checkout at Save On Parksville was talking about her brother Doug last time I was there just like that hockey dud in Hope did. They put a new rink in Hope and it was 15 ft short! Made the front page of the Hope Standard this year. Hope the Zumba girls at the sports complex in Hope are good they were always nice to me. When Deborah died I sent Doug a email and left a voicemail. Communicated with them a fair bit on Facebook. He never responded Hope his life in Oklahoma and his family are good. He played hockey under Hall Of Famer Gary Unger. His son Tanner got a full ride baseball scholarship to Oklahoma State. The Lawrence’s lived across the st from us on Pinewell. After financial problems they had to sell their house and moved next street to Garden City where they rented half a duplex. A retired California Hell’s Angel rented the other half and smashed a hole through the front wall. Their Dad gave $25 grand in the early 80’s to help a buddy facing a serious murder charge. He was convicted.

Antonio Brown the troubled former NFLer is in jail for attempted murder. I remember watching that game in 2021 he pulled off his jersey and left with the game on exiting the stadium not going to the dressing room. He never played again.
