The RT feed is already interesting. I had no idea that the US was tying removal of Sudan from theUS list of state sponsors of terrorism to Sudan recognizing Israel. This is totally unsurprising but it’s fascinating on several points.

It shows that the US list of state sponsors of terrorism is a load of horse crap. It is a political creation. If you can get removed by playing nice on other unrelated topics, it obviously has nothing to do with terrorism.

It shows that the US continues to be owned by Israel under Trump. Obama took some positive steps away from that but Trump has brought the US right back in line with his masters’ bidding.

It shows that the the national broadcasters of Canada, Australia, UK, Germany and the US were all unwilling to cover this extremely important story.

I don’t know what you’re complaining about. It was the Left and more specifically, Bill Clinton, that put Sudan on the US list of state sponsors of terrorism in the first place. They have had almost 30 years to remove Sudan from that list.
For kicks and giggles, it’s worth pointing out that General Bashir’s racism and promotion of religious hatred are behind the burning down of a church in the heart of Khartoum.
Bashir’s regime was considered a perpetrator of terrorism and genocide in Darfur and he should be tried for war crimes.
Sudan backed Iraq in its invasion of Kuwait.
When the U.S. was economically strangling Iran by pressuring nations not to buy its petroleum, Clinton wanted to make sure South Sudan’s oil kept flowing.
Obama condemned human trafficking saying, “When a little boy is kidnapped, turned into a child soldier, forced to kill or be killed — that’s slavery. … It is barbaric, and it is evil, and it has no place in a civilized world.”
Three days later our president, the hypocrite, issued a CSPA waiver for South Sudan.
I’m not sure I would call Obama’s works positive since his works have never created peace, in the US or anywhere around the world, which makes a person wonder how he could have been honored with the Nobel Peace Prize.
That’s because Israel-hating globalists own the media. If they were capable of using their voice, they would have already condemned his self-serving works and put him on a terrorism watch list.
That is clear. My quarrel isn’t that Sudan was placed on the list. My assertion is not that they did not do state sponsored terrorism under Bashir. My assertion is that now, in 2020, if you can get off the list by doing things that have nothing at all to do with terrorism, then the list is now bs and has nothing to do with terrorism. If there’s a list of best forum sites and I can get BBAD on it by voting for someone else’s best food site, the list of best forums is meaningless.
Obama clearly did not deserve the Nobel Peace Prize. Your fat orange idiot doens’t either. The prize is worth nothing these days, anyway.

My mistake. I never read anything about the apology until this morning when someone sent me something. I knew he issued an apology over the accident but I didn’t know it was during this anniversary and I didn’t know more was said than the apology. He really seems sincere about keeping the peace between their countries.
It is interesting. Conditions in North Korea have improved greatly under his rule. He also tearfully apologized for not improving living conditions for his people under Covid. You never hear of widespread starvation there anymore. Their cities look clean, safe and beautiful, far cleaner than our cities. Don’t get me wrong, he’s a megalomaniacal nut but he seems to be doing more for his people than some would suggest.
Let’s don’t get carried away. He’s still a communist leader that shouldn’t be trusted but I agree, conditions have improved in his country and with his neighbors.

This is one city. I’ve seen other areas of the country in short clips and many places are staged to appear cleaner then they really are.
That hasn’t been what I’ve seen. North Korea definitely stages areas for show to westerners, and many villages are poor, but I have never seen it look dirty anywhere. They just don’t litter there from what I can see.
You may be right. I went looking and found this article with many photos and every image is very beautiful and clean but who can really know the truth unless you go there and see it for yourself.
True, of course, but failing a trip of my own, a lot of other people have gone there and have posted their videos and I can see their work. Many of them went there with extremely negative agendas, looking to portray the country in a bad light. I still haven’t seen any litter in any of their photos. I’ve seen poverty. Years ago I even saw starvation. I’ve seen people repulsively worshiping a fat human god in Kim Jong Un. I don’t see litter, though.
