Took me two tries to sleep and then had 2.5 hours of dreamless sleep. Did some internet and watched some TV News. Had a 2 hr walk in the darkness and light rain. Bunch of scrap metal out front of a gate with a sign that says Free Scrap Metal near Qualicum Bay Resort. Walking on Salish Way saw a mobile home all lights on and a guy next to it surprised me by throwing a beer can to the ground to join the others. He was white with a black hoodie and said nothing while I said freindly salutations and walked on. As I walked back about 10 minutes later and there was another person there as well and buddy was telling someone else that HA Jay said I was very bad and violent. Well unlike you I am sober and when I was a drunkard I did not throw beer cans on the lawn unlike thou. Jay is a pimp and rat and sucks dick he sells cocaine and shrooms and beats up little children.

Was surprised my foster sister called me I bade her health get better. Hope BC Housing gets her a place she is like 72 yrs old and health is not good and her rental though real low rent has mold problems. Was not surprised she was phoning from a 7-11 at 1 AM and wanted a $25 e transfer which I declined. She once in front of me at her then rental apt in New Westminster, BC while smoking crack drank a bottle of wine straight from the bottle in 15 minutes and fell right over out of her chair. I was sober at the time as I am now. Her son her daughter in law and grandchildren all 86’d her about 4 years ago and told her RCMP would be called if she appeared in their lives. Know the Elizabeth Fry Society help her out with good food like steaks and beef once. They help ex prisoners and ppl in danger of that lifestyle. She knows I have been locked up a few times but when I asked her if she had been arrested she gave a non answer. The only reason I asked is that someone in Whalley a stranger approached me and said she had been arrested for shoplifting.

CBC News says that organized crime switched 2 phones inside the VPD stolen property room on Heather St. That the phones were part of the case against an organized crime figure who escaped from jail in a high profile case involving 2 fake workers. I posted about that case several times in van.general Google Group and USENET. I noted my former employer DSL had better security for visitors and visiting trades ppl. Required to sign in and walked to their work area and a photo taken of them for a temporary ID also a log was kept of expected visitors by dept heads. Project Loyalty was the name of the investigation VPD did into the tampering and they have not found the culprit.
HA had a guy in Hell’s Angels Pitt Meadows, BC who I knew of but had never met tell me word for word a statement I made inside Hope, BC RCMP there while under arrest. Only ppl present while I was in cuffs was Sgt in Charge of Detachment Mike and officer Kennard and 5 others all uniform RCMP or civilian RCMP. One female said I should go back to Richmond couple ppl groaned including the officer interviewing me. She was ordered to leave and did immediately and was replaced by an older female. HA had many ways in Hope to tell me RCMP was leaking info or wired for sound or bribed but they chose a guy who hung with Mick Oullette my former landlord and roommate. I immediately after told this info by the guy 86’d all these ppl out of my life. I know Lori Oullette the druggy lies about her role in this episode. She came out to a religious music event in Hope BC at Harvest Church hanging with a group of HA females in the front row. The HA guy and another man who owned the property but for some reason lived in a trailer there were like Mick and Larry the St Lo with no teeth no work in 3 years and killed his passenger in a drunk driving accident about 3 years before were all smoking pot and drinking beer before noon. HA guy and property owner repeatedly called Mick a prison bitch several times he without looking at them asked them to stop. He stated the HA at the Jolly Coachmen were nice to him. Last thing Mick ever said to me while firmly looking at the ground was that they were threatening to steal from him. Those charges I was facing which the arresting officer said the owner had me on video were dropped.
Was at the 7-11 in Hope a policeman was filling up his cruiser and two white ppl a couple asked him to arrest me he asked what for and they had no reason. Was outside the CIBC late at night young White bearded Khronos Security Guard and RCMP officer were professionally getting a sleeper out of the lobby. Guy left pretty fast and bade me well and waved. Security guard said that the Mayor and his click wanted me gone and the officer looked at me and said, “ Mr Carr on behalf of the RCMP you are welcome to stay.” Mayor Menstruater I verbally asked him questions outside city hall and when by fluke I met him inside the office of The Hope Standard he stayed mute the old smarmy pudgy hick idiot did each time. All emails sent to him were ignored. Hope BC only town I have ever seen with a library where a staff member goes Hiel Hitler to children and they say it back. Been to libraries in America and all 10 provinces. Never seen so many sex weirdos . The nazi librarian also talked about her H.A. friends stealing stuff.
