Managed 9 hours of dreamless sleep. Tried to nap later but 2 nightmares woke me up. Raining here 4 th day in a row and had 2 short walks and picked up a bit of litter. Someone put out some scrap metal with a free sign nearby the other day. Someone put it a neat pile now.
