Immigrants

All immigrants are lawbreakers, making them all uneducated and stupid. You were only off by a little.

All immigrants are lawbreakers?

Yes, provided we are still talking about illegals.

You didn’t say illegals. I suggest you revise your wording to ā€œAll illegal immigrants are lawbreakers.ā€

Why should I? We never talk about documented immigrants.

Oh I don’t know. Maybe so you don’t look like a crazy person?

That would not prevent me from looking crazy and I did confirm I was referring to illegals since legals do nothing worthy of complaining about.

That would be nice. City News Vancouver just had a segment on immigrants and their views on new immigrants I found interesting.

That’s what happens when you elude.

Another lawbreaker on the run.

being illegal is a civil violation according to your american laws, so technically he was a rule/regulation breaker and not a lawbreaker until ice thugs chased him

That is incorrect. Being present without authorization is a civil violation. Being illegal is a criminal, misdemeanor violation. Reentry is a felony violation and not recommended.

it is correct according to chatgpt:
a civil violation=breaking a rule; it is not a crime
a criminal violation=breaking a law, that is a crime

by itself being illegal is a civil violation not a criminal one and therefore not a crime

yes illegal entry is a federal misdemeanor=crime
yes re-entry after deportation can be a federal felony=crime

So if anyone decides to flee from public executive and causes damages or even kills someone, then it’s the executives fault. No wonder the West transformed into a waste bin.

we are all responsible for our own actions
so yes if that public executive is chasing you and you fear for your life and you flee and you cause damage or kill someone… then i definitely think both are responsible… dont you think so?

No. If any officer of an executive force, be it for excample someone from ICE, the police, border police or toll, confronts you and you run away and some innocent bystander gets injured or even dies because of the chase caused by that fleeing person, then I 100 % blame that fugitive for everything happens, no one else. Even if the police would run someone over in that chase.

With your argument in mind, I rather then suggest every executive officer may be allowed to shoot at them instantly if they try to run, instead of risking the life of any innocent third party in a possible chase.

interesting and sure if that ā€œexecutive forceā€ identifies themselves its polite to stand still and talk to them, but why would any sane person stand still when armed masked thugs come at you?!

Only someone with something to hide would run away from any executive force. And if that officer is heavily armed, you additionally are an idiot if you run away or try to harm them (or even just their car). Don’t expect from anyone sane to feel sympathy if those officers in return act rigid. They get my blessings.
