Global News had a story two nights ago about this. Several people on different days here at the public library in Duncan, BC have said they don’t care about litter. For some reason I often see cereal boxes thrown by the rd here in Duncan and North Cowitchan. More FTW tags in North Cowitchan than all of Surrey combined. Some telephone polls on York St are totally tagged and ppl do hard drugs in the parking lot of the church on the street. A church here is nicely providing free dinner April 26. Posters for that on the closed for some time stores on York St. 2 employees at a grocery store here thanked me for picking up litter one even applauded. Thunderbird Motel some litter by the garbage cans there over a week wet books and other stuff. Both garbage cans are tagged one has a speech written on it.
