I did have a huge bag of salad with some balsamic vinegar dressing last night. My stomach was looking huge but all I did was eat that salad and it shrunk down to about half. Maybe wearing a compression shirt helped. I think I was starving. You know how starving children look with their stomachs.

1800% to 2500% more nutrition and to any of your cooked meals on any day. Not to mention temperature. These were a really hard cook. Exactly on hour of heating for meat and for veggies. Chicken is very firm and tendons and ligaments and cartilage like just edible rubber bands.

You mean eating chilis raw? I did that a few times as a dare when I was young.
Today I sliced up some eggplant and grilled it. Added a bit of soy and hot sauce, then melted some cheese on it. Forgot to take a photo. Might have been the best thing I’ve cooked in recent times. I am at the point in life where I enjoy home cooking more than I enjoy eating out. I believe gardening follows that phase shortly. Maybe woodworking.
